Shipping Policy
We ship only within the United States of America. We do not ship internationally.
Your order will ship within 3-5 business days after it was placed and should take 3-5 business days to deliver (depending on the capacity of USPS). Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a USPS tracking number.

We use USPS First Class Main, Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express.

The shipping price is standard for small products - $9.95 and for Kits $14.95. Based on your cart contents, the highest shipping price will be applied. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

As soon as the package is handed over to USPS, the responsibility for the product delivery of Menon Regenerative Institute (Menon Medispa & Wellness) ceases.

As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 emergency, certain packages may take longer than usual to arrive. Menon Regenerative Institute (Menon Medispa & Wellness) takes no responsibility and does not accept refunds for packages that are delayed, damaged, stolen or lost. If your package is delayed, please contact USPS.

Free Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping to all/any product orders over $500.00 for all U.S States except Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. The shipping price for orders above $500.00 will be automatically adjusted at checkout to $0.
Store Pickup Policy
You can choose to pick up your order at Menon Regenerative Institute for FREE. Your order will be ready to pick up within 1 business day after it was placed. You will receive a confirmation email , once your order is prepared for pickup.

Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Due to Covid19 outbreak - we are unable to do exchanges or returns on all products sold by Menon Regenerative Institute (Menon Medispa & Wellness).

We only accept returns or exchanges, if the incorrect item was shipped to you. However, these products must be unopened, unused and returned in their original packaging.
​
If the products returned are damaged, opened, or not returned in their original packaging, no refund will be issued.
​
Refunds, returns or exchanges for incorrect items shipped are processed within 14 business days after the items are returned and received by Menon Regenerative Institute (Menon Medispa & Wellness).
